Statutes that create, restructure or dissolve the basic constitutional relationship between a government and its territory, or that transfer legislative or executive power between institutions. Belongs here: the Australia Act 1986, severing the last constitutional and legislative ties between Australia and the United Kingdom; the Government of India Act 1935, the framework statute for British India's provincial and federal government structure and the direct model for India's later constitution; and the Enabling Act of 1933, the German statute that transferred the Reichstag's legislative power to the Reich cabinet and is recorded here as the record of that transfer, not as an endorsement of it. Does not belong here: a statute that regulates conduct within an existing constitutional order rather than restructuring the order itself, grouped by its own subject instead.
