Belongs here: rulings of the International Court of Justice, the International Criminal Court, the European Court of Human Rights, the Inter-American and African human-rights courts, the postwar international military tribunals, and domestic rulings on the supremacy or direct effect of international or European Union law. Does not belong here: a purely domestic ruling with no international tribunal and no international-versus-domestic-law question, classified by its own subject instead.
