Does not belong here: a body that adjudicates rather than prosecutes, which belongs in one of the other five court subcategories instead. This group is a modeling note as much as a classification: no standard court taxonomy places prosecutorial offices alongside courts, and a future structure pass may find they belong under a distinct entity type rather than under court.
